We attempt to address all possible scenarios and questions here that you may encounter during your Scrip ordering process. If you have an issue or concern that is not addressed here, please contact one of the Scrip coordinators, Marietta Werthmann or Brande Springer, and they will be happy to assist you.

Q How long does it take after I subscribe to Presto-Pay before I can pay for my order online?
A It usually takes about 3-5 days after you sign-up; this is really dependent on how quickly your bank processes the request from Presto-Pay. After a series of small deposits from Presto-Pay into your bank account (usually $0.01), you are required to log back into your account to verify the deposits were made. Once verification is made, you will be ready to pay for your orders online.
Q What is available in the school office?
A There is a selection of the more popular retailers available in the school office on Monday – Friday from 8am – 2:30pm. To see a list of the retailers available, please click here. Order forms are located at the school office or on the school website.
Q What is the order deadline and when would they be ready?
A We place our orders at 11am on Mondays. This ensures that we can have the cards ready for delivery by Wednesday, 12 noon.
Q Do you accept credit cards?
A No, we do not accept credit cards. The extra fees incurred in the processing of the cards would negate any profit for the family and the school.
Q How do I find my ID and/or my password?
A Contact one of the scrip coordinators, Marietta Werthmann or Brande Springer.
Q Where are my totals from Schnucks and Thorntons found?
A The rebates from Schnucks and Thorntons are found in your shopwithscrip account. You will need your ID and password to access the information. Please be aware the amounts are the rebate only, it does not reflect the total money spent at those businesses. To learn more please visit www.shopwithscrip.com.
Q What is my rebate total or where can I review my scrip account?
A Your accounts are available 24/7 thru www.shopwithscrip.com. You will need your ID and password to access the information.
Q I have questions about the program and/or I just don’t understand how it works. Who do I talk to?
